Nice to see a little common sense. The YA agreement must not be a factor or there would have been action taken by now. The PPS is treading water so there is certainly life. Dr. Victor's role? Who knows. It is his baby so I wouldn't expect him to give up the ship. A new CEO would be nice but I'm not holding my breadth. I do believe there are things going on that will increase revenues, and that could be the reason why YA hasn't taken action. In such a scenario it wouldn't serve them any purpose. So yes, IMO things are progressing. Dr. Andrews must see the same potential or he would have bolted by now. I would expect the Andrews lab to open any day if it hasn't already. But of course we don't know these things.

Common sense suggests the company is fine. Too many penny stocks have gone down the same road as SVFC in the past only to go away, or first do at least one R/S before folding up shop. If that were the case here it would have already happened. The PPS hasn't really changed in about 4-5 months. Something is cooking and YA isn't getting in the way!

If Vic isn't the CEO or if ANY substantive change has taken place, aren't they supposed to file an 8-k
(Or some other form)?

That makes sense, probably why he was given a share bonus right before the fall last October and the BOD as well, hence why I think there may be a distribution in another entity as others are in charge of the technology, assuming there is value.

If this is the case, I would recommend the new leaders amend or somehow talk to current shareholders. Positive shareholders are very valuable and many will not hesitate to drop this investment at an opportunity..
