Bought 3,397,520 @ a higher price, 0.0022, AFTER selling above.

DISAGREE with your typo statement. The deduction looks more like one of those pesky spreadsheet errors and will probably be corrected.

The point is that he could have got the pump train moving to sell at a higher price if that was his intent, but, nope, didn't happen.
