Notice the last entry in the running total. Thought the transaction is marked as a buy, the number of remaining shares is shown as less.

Meaning either Driscoll or whoever filled out the form either forgot to add to the shares owned number, but instead subtracted, or the transaction actually was a sale, not a buy. I've highlighted the running total of shares held in bold with the final number in question in red.
