Myth,
I have always held your opinions in high regard and see where you are coming from. You are right about the past. I just think the letter to the share holders is saying No to a lot of things they really want to do and already have a plan to use the increase to acquire companies. How did that work our for us last time they went on acquisition hunt? I am a bit skeptical, being down so much in my investment here for so long. I will have to think on it longer and read more before I decide to vote yes or not. It more than likely will not matter, just like last time what I vote one way or the other.
