its different in what state there in , county , school dist. and so on. I have work all my working life In mining,oil. its the same thing. if they show proven res. they pay tax !so they sand bag. by the way I am 61 yrs. I like this co. just don't want to chase no moor rainbows !!!!!

Never heard such a thing,I do think ya have to pay taxes on minerals in TX ,but never heard anything about taxes on reserves
