incorrect string, all of this DD has been carried through already and yes, INCC was told what they have to do to submit a completed application, they are working on those things , again this is all normal business in the licensing world, just like this company here..

in this first example, it even says, IN AN INFORMAL MEETING - which HAPPENS all the TIME in the LICENSING business - there are INFORMAL meetings that take place between the county and the potential applicants...

this is nothing new and it is business....

Published: March 5, 2015) — In an informal meeting with the Board of Huerfano County Commissioners Tuesday, Dr. Randy Briggs, owner of Grandote Peaks Golf Course, confirmed the course will be closed this year.

“It’s not fair to my family to continue to lose this kind of money every year,” Briggs told the Commissioners. Briggs produced financials showing a loss for 2014 over $300,000. “I’m losing a third of a million dollars per year,” Briggs said.

Briggs recounted trying to sell the course, but said people are not willing to pay even what the water rights are worth. He said he will keep a skeleton crew on to keep the grass green.

“I’ve got to get another business for a second revenue stream,” Briggs added. He provided an overview of plans to build a million dollar marijuana cultivation operation on the south end of the course. He said he has a partner from Pueblo who will lease the buildings after he builds them. “I’m just going to be landlord,” Briggs said.
