so why does a company with YEARS of business experience and MJ knowledge (Newsome ) publicize that they have made all this headway, when really all they have done is submit paperwork that doesn't qualify for processing????????……

hmmmmmmm…….maybe to influence all its shareholders to HANG on to the PROMO

remember, INCC has had 4,5 months of LEAD TIME to prepare these applications, they knew about ALL the county and state guidelines in Aug 2014 Huerfano or Chaffee County has the same zoning and water requirements

THE ANSWER is that INCC is stringing all its followers along…….christ, 3 other MJ related businesses have made much better headway with 2 months of work
