Now you guys have me completely confused. I thought this was a trial on the patent that was pulled from the trial that was concluded last October in IDCC's favor on three patents. This would have simply added a fourth patent to the award's trial-so it is the same as if the original jury would have voted for infringement on 3 patents and no infringement on 1 patent! The net result is that ZTE lost on 3 patents and a jury will decide the monetary award. Please correct me if I am wrong. TIA
