When Congress appropriates mega-dollars to agencies, heads and staff of those agencies then become very responsible to the power that gave them that money to dispense accordingly. And that money better get results favorable to its originators.
It’s all about persuasion; it’s all about influence; it’s all about accountability, and in the end – results.
It’s not about who has the best technology anymore; it’s about persuasion to fund OUR technology – CSpace!
