fwh, my brother has TD Ameritrade also and I looked at his account and I received the same information as you regarding GE. Other than a technology malfunction, I have no idea.

Now you do know that GE is selling to Blackstone billions in real estate holdings and stranger things have happened or dare I let the mind wonder here?

We know thing for sure and that is to use 6 billion in tax attributes and IMHO, really more like 10 to 25 billion in total tax attributes, then WMIH would have to be the purchaser of a very large company if they were only buying one company in the near future.

I've had that happen numerous times...not with GE though. With mine, the last symbol for which I clicked to view the entire company info, is what came up when I clicked the escrow trackers...in my case, it was FXCM.

Question - is GE in your portfolio? When I click on my escrow markers, it brings-up WMIH which is the only other entry in the portfolio on my TDA account.

Wow!! Who knows, Maybe WMIH will buy up GE Consumer Lending... GE is seriously hawking its Consumer Lending Unit right now...
