What I am curious about is does the deal with FlyingGlob hinge on the Chinese government subsidizing the dynovalve?

Or is FlyingGlob going to honor the deal regardless of that and they are just looking to save money by getting the governments help?

I'm confident the product works and they will like the results, but anything can happen.
