lol... A Broker should know that Market Makers are just facilitators for brokerages, traders, financiers, etc. Most of the time they just process/route other peoples orders. They are not Venture Capitalists/financiers.

I traded as a stock broker for many years, why do you think the market makers are called venture capitalist,,,they raise money for start up companies with good ideas

Ok, let me rephrase...

MARKET CAP is the only worthwhile discussion.

I've met a lot of venture capitalists and work with a few and NONE are licensed brokers NOR are they market makers, lol. Where did you make that up?

Back to MARKET CAP...

This is easily a $500MM capped company with a product that captures 2-5% of the market sector. As of right now, the company should be capped at or around $50MM, pure and simple.

Scaring shares is what some need to do to make money. I get it. Whatevs...
