BAYP also has other deals that should increase revenues as well

What revenues?

BAYP will be attending industry shows and investment shows.

Hotel and transport is far cheaper than what it takes to scrub a NG well.

That can only help get out the word about this company.

I thought the word was already out, and attracting private equity? From 01-Aug-2014. Remember this one:

Bayport International Holdings, Inc. (OTC Pink: BAYPD) (PINKSHEETS: BAYPD) is pleased to announce that the company has entered into an agreement with a very large institutional investment company for financing of up to Five Million US dollars ($5,000,000) upon filing and acceptance of an S-1 registration and up list to the OTCBB.

Oh my more secrets. They didn't tell SHs who this large toot was. File a Form 10, and it's effective automagically 90 days later. Where art thou audits?

If the audits are out at the same time

Yeah, they would need audited financials for the Form 10. And 1.5 yrs after hiring an auditor for that purpose, they still haven't arrived. Now what's so complicated about a microcap's financials? Small-Large caps get their audits done in under 90 days at year's end. But microcaps like BAYP 1.5 yrs, and counting.

Didn't they say they had the 2013 done, and were working feverishly on the 2014 financials? Here's an idea... why don't SHs start asking management to post the audited 2013 financials to the OTC site. Now what could be the harm in that?

Maybe since BAYP seems unable to produce a Form 10, it is best they attend microcap trade shows. Not quite worth the mythical $5M, but still worth a PR or few for a P&D.
