The above post was altered to make it look like a 2015 decision rendered on the executive at the JV deal. In fact the correct closing date was January 2006 on a 1995 event. IMO this was done to trick us to believe that it is a recent issue. The judgement is ten years old. The alleged issue is 20 years old. It was also settled. I also like the fact that over the past this same person is connected to major names.

BAYP also has other deals that should increase revenues as well. BAYP will be attending industry shows and investment shows. That can only help get out the word about this company. If the audits are out at the same time, this stock will continue to do well.
