I guess there has to be a precedent for this type of situation. I suspect there is some fine print on the tickets. The performers likely had to be paid. It is quite a mess they got themselves into but after that giant terd of a 4th q. Who cares? There is no hope for this company. More dilution, Reverse Splits are in the future. I am just waiting for the funders to run a promo to sell some of their "awarded at half price" shares.
I don't believe this company has any desire to be profitable.
