And what I said was that MP bought at market value; they didn't get a discount as other finance companies got. In fact, MP also gave JAMN even more money for marketing, so in a way they paid even more for their shares.

As I mentioned in the other post, I think the other poster was confused between Mother Parkers and Ironridge.
