A little skeptical about the C. Dean Alford news. Finally a name from ECDC when you google them actually shows up. But the filing only states offer agreement was sent to him. It does not say that it was signed and he is on board.
Also, there is no news at all on any news feed about him being in negotiations with ECDC, receiving an offer etc.
