>>>the nation had experienced the biggest economic expansion in history. More than 22 million new jobs were created, unemployment dropped to the lowest rate in 30 years, and welfare cases were down by almost half. <<<under a repub controlled congress for six years<<<

Even Alan Greenspan has given most of the credit to the 1993 deficit reduction plan that not one single republican voted for. Time to bury the republican congress fairytale once and for all.

<<--More than 2.7 million jobs have been lost during the past two years. More than 10 million are unemployed, the highest unemployment rate since the Bush I era. <<<the clinton resession >>>
Tell me, how much longer are you going to call whatever it is that we are in, "the clinton resession" [sic]?
You don't find it just a little bizarre?

It always amazes me when people credit the Reagan admin of the 80s and the Republican Congress of the 90s for everything good that has happened over the past 20 years, and the Democratic Congress and Bill Clinton for everything bad. Do you really believe yourself? Or do you think that acting the jester makes your arguments more palatable? Or you perhaps just find that people are speechless when confronted with such amazing absurdity and non-sequitars, repeated ad nauseum?
I really am interested in this phenomenon, which seems to occur with special frequency over the web and in newspapers (those "left wing" newspapers, as I know you like to call them).
