I had to edit my original response because I thought you had responded to a different post.
Sure, I'd like to hear Schadel's response to the allegations on that review, but it would be more for the entertainment factor. Schadel has been making exceedingly dumb decisions with this company for almost 2 years now. The evidence is there to support what the reviewer said, so anything Schadel has to add would just be another "we won't dilute into the 1 billion AS, we just needed that much for protection AGAINST dilution".
