Not sure about the legalities of it but the authorized share counts are increased without public notice by many companies, not just EGOH. EGOH have increased the authorized share count at least 4 times in the last two years. That story isn't new. What is new is the fact that since the initial PR about Pure Mobility there have been more than 4 billion shares traded and the PPS has now fallen 50% since April 2nd.
