There's no doubt that this info is troubling to say the least.
I'm assuming HC and Supreme will stay silent on this issue now that it's been brought to this forum, yet I can't help but wonder how many know of this grudge that HC has for Supreme.
I don't care if Supreme was cocky when they entered the space, and neither should HC. Is the facility prepped and ready with all the requirements or not? That is what should be the criteria, not whether HC has a dislike for a this firm.
Who am I kidding, even transparency within a govt agency obviously is prone to personal dislikes and favoritism.
