Hey Jim, that has been my concern all along. A year ago I called that we would be at 200 million shares and everybody laughed. The toxic financing and Woodford don't hold a candle to the amount of dilution we experience from Cognate. Was the cash plus swap at FMV when we were at $5, I don't know but it is reasonable to expect those details. Do I think it's FMV now at $9+....I doubt it.
Even if L is approved, I believe it will only represent a 3 Bill cap or $24 per share now. At 200 million shares....around $12. The get super rich risk reward is no longer in this stock...IMO That being said Linda, Cognate and Toucan will make out like bandits, but hey they deserve it more than you or I right? GLTY
