Did all itimes on the vote pass?? has it been announced??

One can only assume you meant: Did all items on the ASHM proxy pass? Answer: NOT KNOWN and the announcement cannot be made prior to the close of voting on April 23.

Proxy votes become official only on the day of the ASHM, as anyone who has ever attended an ASHM can attest.

The proxy is like an absentee vote in a political election.
It doesn't count as official until after ALL VOTES are tabulated AFTER completing the explanation of the proposals to the shareholders attending the ASHM in RSM on the 23rd of April, which will be in SIX DAYS.

It is there that the CFO (usually) or other designated officer, counts all of the proxies heretofore or up to the day of the ASHM submitted and counts all of the votes voted at the ASHM and combines the totals that the results of the ballot tabulation is announced.

This is the sole purpose of this years ASHM (unlike the previous year's in which a tour of the CENTER of EXCELLENCE and presentations were provided.
