which is why NWOG bought half a dozen other companies within the past 2 years. It doesn't make sense why you would say this.

Don't forget they reported the offer with the SEC.

Quote from Vicsteele "The $2.17 buyout price never existed. You guys keep on mentioning how they turned down $2.17 and that there is a reason. $2.17 offer was not real. It was all garbage. There was never any intention on a buyout. This stock ran to $1.50 on garbage news. It was a way for NDOL to manipulate the stock to go up, cash out a ton of shares at a high price before NWOG "merged" with them. Don't believe everything that you read."

Vicsteele, You made your points. My questions would be can you verify your two points with facts not conjecture about:

1. $2.17 buyout price never existing?

I read this verifiable news release below as conflicting with your post.
COMPANY NEWS AND PRESS RELEASES FROM OTHER SOURCES:

Nord Oil Provides Details on Recent Purchase Offer and Merger Talks

MONTREAL, May 08, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Nord Oil International Inc. (OTC: NDOL) today provided its shareholders with details concerning the recent purchase offer and current merger talks.
According to management, the recent purchase offer still stands until an agreement can be made, which would provide Nord Oil shareholders with a premium to the $2.17 offer. "Our intent is to create value for our shareholders and if it means taking the purchase offer versus a merger, we will. However, if we can establish merger terms more favorable to Nord Oil shareholders, we will opt for the more suitable conditions" said Mr. Makarov, President of Nord Oil International Inc.

"There was never any intention on a buyout. This stock ran to $1.50 on garbage news. It was a way for NDOL to manipulate the stock to go up, cash out a ton of shares at a high price before NWOG "merged" with them."

2. Would you please show me facts and proof that NDOL manipulated the stock and cashed out a ton of shares before the merger? Would you also show me facts and proof in writing that there never was an intent on a buyout?

When you can substatiate these things to me by facts and not conjecture I will be more than happy to beleive your opinion and point of view. If you cannot then to me it is just your opinion and point of view. Having said that I do my own DD and invest based on facts,PR's,filing etc.
At this point they have done everything that they said they would. Has their timing been off? Yes. Have they done the merger and is it completed? Yes. The only thing that does not reflect here is the share price going to what the company said our stock is valued at post merger $2.20. That is not the companies fault.
Best to you
