The $2.17 buyout price never existed. You guys keep on mentioning how they turned down $2.17 and that there is a reason. $2.17 offer was not real. It was all garbage. There was never any intention on a buyout. This stock ran to $1.50 on garbage news. It was a way for NDOL to manipulate the stock to go up, cash out a ton of shares at a high price before NWOG "merged" with them. Don't believe everything that you read. NDOL was never going to sell. It wasn't real. They wanted to merge the entire time. The buyout was a hoax. The merger was their one and only true intention.
