From the 1980's to 2007, Steve Saleen occupied positions like chairman and ceo at Saleen Inc, but he "quits" a few months before Saleen Inc. declares bankruptcy and somehow nothing is his fault?

So the CEO who made all the decisions regarding operations, product design, contracts and was the interface
with Ford had nothing to do with Saleen's 2 soon to be 3rd
bankruptcy?

I have made it pretty clear that the failure of Saleen Inc happened AFTER Steve left.

The same guy that spent millions supporting race teams in Europe.
The same guy that decided to ship uncerted cars to the Ford Dealerships
and is personally named on 60 law suits from vendors and customers.
The same guy that is overspending investors money on PR and Administrative
expenses and then borrowing money from crooked lenders
who convert the debt to millions of shares.
The same guy who deliberately does not do
what he agreed to in board meetings and then
does exactly what he is told not to do.
The same guy that was fired by his investment group.
The same guy who ripped off $25M from one investor
and then at least $35M from the next.
The same guy that ripped off the Chinese.
The same guy that loses every law suit filed against him
or settles out of court. The same guy who's
friend attourney resigned from his BOD.
The same guy that has gone through multiple
CFO's because he bounces checks and overspends
any budget you put in front of him.
I could go on an on with examples....but it is
very CLEAR who is responsible. The same guy at
the top of all these Saleen failed companies...STEVE SALEEN.
