it is extremely rare for anyone to be convicted by the SEC.

Almost all cases are concluded outside of the court coming to some agreement where the defendant doesnt admit anything but pays fines or is banned from being an officer for so many years.
I cant be bothered to check how long BIEL have used this attorney and it is irrelevant to BIELS business or standing with the OTC

Whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty? The man may be innocent, he may be guilty, but until it has been through the justice system, he is innocent.
