So you would agree that this is utterly false (the bold part):

Since you didn't go to the TA and find out for yourself and keep a history of same, how in the world could you possible know anything of the share structure and when anything was done? Issued or not!
For instance, all debt holder notes were converted to restricted shares months ago. As a matter of accounting you see those same notes on the quarterly.
Those note conversions consist of roughly 113M shares and they are restricted until approximately 3/31/2016 or until there is a registration statement.
