They never PRed or announced any kind of distributorship in California, they just went ahead started getting the drink in some places and announced the result, as well as some shows they were planning to do in CA, same as they are doing now with this Colorado show, whats the difference??? The only PR stating a distributor deal was the one in NEVADA.
