We have vetted some significant opportunities with cannabis growers in Colorado and Canada. Our strategy where we are limited by State Law prohibiting direct equity stake ownership in Colorado, so we have structured a royalty stream program to make significant investments to enhance our royalty revenue stream. We will be working with these companies to close the proposed transactions and make announcements in the near term. We are working with Major EPC partner to get our Hydro Power Plant project underway with an EPC that is well known worldwide. We are mindful that our PPS is below the price value we deserve. We are talking with IR firms to determine best strategy for improving awareness. We hope to announce more significant acquisitions and strategic partnerships in the near term in the Cannabis Industry and will update our stakeholders as soon as agreements are reached.
