Cushing supposed to be full in a few more weeks ... may make this a suckers rally? I don't trust it especially with CNBC pushing returning to oil stocks yesterday .

Light sweet crude for September delivery fell $1.07, or 2.5%, to $42.23 a barrel, slipping below the low for the year set Tuesday and touching its lowest point since March 3, 2009.
