That sounds like a Cusip change..which means the Naked shorts just got it in the rear...their shares are worthless paper.

Either they start all over or they cover....EOM

I hope the company does an accounting of shares...that will certainly help.

I hate to spoil the fun. This is an old filing from last year. Loftwerks has filed the form, but it won't show up in the SEC database until SEC approves it.

OK, I read it, but the dates look like 2005. They are listed as 20050509 or 20050503.

I translate these as 05/09/2005 and 05/03/2005. I assume I am wrong?
So where is the 2006 date?
