I did some proding with the SEC as I have access to back files. CIK number for Loftwerks has changed as of today.

OK, I read it, but the dates look like 2005. They are listed as 20050509 or 20050503.

I translate these as 05/09/2005 and 05/03/2005. I assume I am wrong?
So where is the 2006 date?
