On penny stocks with opaque business models and dodgy Corporate officers like UAMM, it's invariably insiders dumping their free stock.

They don't really care what the pps is - after all, free is free -but they do need volume to dump into.

So when you see a few vapor PRs accompanied by a frenzy of pumping activity on (ahem) social media, you can be pretty sure what's happening.
