In the PEA: "12.8 tonnes of scandium trioxide".
So, it is Scandia (scandium trioxide) after all.

However, later in the PEA: "US$3,500/kg for Sc".
It is confusing.

If it were scandium oxide it would be Sc2O3 but Sc is the metal form.

I discussed this with Peter. Je confirmed that Chinese producers of Scandium Metal charge between 5k and 10k. So yes 3.5k is also conservative.
