So here's the good thing, scandium price has gone from us$18,000 per/kilo to the bargain basement price of $12,000-$13,000.
I'm really not understanding the pricing here.

Scandium (metal). $12000-$13000 p/kilo

It would seem obvious that we have the most expensive (Sc) which is real good right?
It must be the purest or the scarcest of the (Sc).
