I know what you mean about them "getting their ducks in a row" so to speak. But in this case, perhaps it's more akin to setting up dominos. They are getting things positioned just right so that when they finally do pull the trigger, it unleashes a beautiful cascade of positive events for CTIX shareholders. :-)

The PR was basically a signal that some strong news on the way in the near future, but not quite ready to be released just yet. Management's way of keeping our spirits up while they finish lining all their ducks. It's a matter of patience. Those that have it will be rewarded, those that don't will miss out. - ericseb2003
