i call this part of the movie 'the Hoch choke'. Ding Dong's forced selling KILLS the stock price during low volume periods (his selling hurts during rallies too, you just don't see it as much during rally time - that's more of a muting than a bludgeoning).

HOw low will she go? is the question.
