The last shares Hoch sold were 1,500 on 4/29. This decline is not the result of him selling, guarantee you that. It's more like lemmings chasing the ask down because they have no idea what they have.
That's the problem with small stocks like this. Not a whole lot of sophisticated investors involved and amateurs panic at the first sign of selling. Seemed like it happened back in March too and then the stock recovered all it lost plus more in about a day.
