If the YIPI ISO certification was completed by now, YIPI would have issued a press release by now

so...the YIPI ISO certification has not been completed, already 13 days late from the date that YIPI promised it would be completed

Nothing at all. It's about getting right certifications and completion not the date there is a press release. Completion could be done already just waiting for final audit or timing of the release.
