I think the effect on the stock from posters is limited mostly to the members of the board being posted to.

That may be true, but I also think that many underestimate how much the posters of the board can move the share price. Meaning when posters from this board succeed in polarizing the silent watchers and active posters of the board, with NWBO having such a shallow float, it can considerably influence the share price. Just because this board is comprised of retail investors does not mean that some of those retail investors do not have substantial capital at their disposal. Again, with such a shallow float it really doesn't take a huge amount of volume to move the share price.

For instance: The share price today fluctuated by 20 cents on a volume of only 300K. I know of multiple posters on this board that claim to hold well in excess of 100K shares...
