It's a shell game. Reverse merged into the BTSI shell.

hey 2Create, maybe you should put something at the top of the board about shell companies and reverse mergers. It seems like we get a new poster asking about this everyday!

Dewatcher, there was a good reverse merger link provided yesterday, just go back over the posts. Suffice it to say, there is no real connection between the companies (although I think some of the officers might be the same). Nord went public by reverse merging into Bio-Tracking, a failed company with no real assets. It's simply a way of going public without an IPO, very much like NW Oil and Nord are doing now - except that in this case BOTH companies have assets.
