Dewatcher, there was a good reverse merger link provided yesterday, just go back over the posts. Suffice it to say, there is no real connection between the companies (although I think some of the officers might be the same). Nord went public by reverse merging into Bio-Tracking, a failed company with no real assets. It's simply a way of going public without an IPO, very much like NW Oil and Nord are doing now - except that in this case BOTH companies have assets.
