I think LQMT is still linked with NASA to create sheets, and was getting such payments, ....similar to what these companies will be doing....perhaps they will combine talents on the same effort.

Yes i know, thats why i said ;

what IF 1 of the 3 proposals use BMG to skin their composite sandwich structures,

LM Tech. would rather licences its lqmt than actually manufacture composite sheets, so again what if 1 of these 3 companies decide to use lqmt to skin the outside of their composite structure...
