And your last sentence - no, because the judge will only research law that applies to the evidence that was presented to the court. SPA material is not evidence, as it wasn't presented to the court.

I said since the beginning that the decision will be favorable (ingredient vs moiety / Act vs Regulation). It was not a difference between us.

The Judge will rule in favor of Amarin re NCE and stick to the NCE issue only (no SPA, no ANCHOR, no etc. decision / advise / reference).
