All this debate is silly, the nature of their business requires that they acquire space of this type to progress, the only thing suspicious is the timing, which I MO has been deliberately delayed in order to coincide with judge mueller ruling, hence the delays, and the 5 month long contract
There is a time limit (not sure how long but I seem to remember its less than a week)within which a company has to issue an 8K to the market once they become aware of a material event requiring that they inform the market, so they really couldn't hold on to news for that length of time as it would leak out.
To create an orderly market in the company's shares they have to keep the market up to date with all news relevant to the company.
