While as a long I would definitely like to believe this is true..part of me also questions what if the listing agent is gagged by Medican not to release the news (could even be bad) until they put out a PR...The listing agent would have agreed to stay quiet until a mutually agreed upon date but in the meantime he would not like to slam the door on any potential buyer as he doesn't want to lose that potential lead after the news breaks out..

Sorry just playing devil's advocate and trying to keep my feet grounded and analyze facts...no intention to scare or bash...
