You are giving me an example of an NYSE company. We are talking OTC here and BCKE (soon Meridian Waste) is as close to a real company as you are going to get in the OTC.
I acknowledge that it has taken a while to get our shares but there have been unexpected complexities along the way. The management team we have here is competent and dedicated to shareholder value. We will eventually get our shares and those who are patient will make lots of money. I am here for the long term so I don't mind waiting. You do what you have to do but your characterization of the circumstances are off mark, IMO.
By the way, I don't think the date of record for the HTSC shares to convert to BCKE shares has been set so I don't think you are entitled to any BCKE shares if you don't hold HTSC shares. Can someone confirm or deny this.
