JD, the true RD is Oct. 30th when the deal was finalized. I was a shareholder on that date of record. I didn't sell my shares until December.

would be established and the dividend distributed after the shares become free trading. The BCKE shares become eligible to have the restriction removed on May 1, so we should hear more information about the dividend in May.
