The Judge could be aware of "the lame ass adcom for the anchor spa and ... this outrageous censorship" (he is not blind & deaf and could read) however no factual relation exists between the cases (top of the involved parties).
Nobody was sentenced for a murder due to unpaid tax and / or none of the sentence for a murder contained that the tax should be paid.
The judge can't even consider unrelated things and legally: no relation.
